Our High Intensity Training (HIT) sessions are designed to build strong, explosive, and resilient athletes. Each session blends speed, agility, balance, coordination, and technical repetition to help players move efficiently with and without the ball. A major emphasis is placed on injury prevention, particularly strengthening and stabilizing the knees, hips, and ankles through proper movement mechanics and targeted activation work. This is a physically demanding session that sharpens quickness, control, and body awareness- helping players stay powerful, healthy, and game-ready all year long.
In the event of a cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, power outage, illness, etc.), Ballerz Labz will make every effort to reschedule the training. If the training(s) cannot be rescheduled, you will be refunded at the rate of $15 per training. Any training (scheduled or rescheduled)…
